2. Listing specification overhaul
B2B industrial buyers convert when listing matches their checklist. Rebuilt top SKU listings with technical specification tables, material composition, dimensional data, and certifications.
3. TACOS-led scale
Pure ACOS optimisation would have capped revenue at ₹0.19 Cr ad-attributed. We accepted higher per-keyword ACOS on category discovery terms — the resulting ₹2.05 Cr total Amazon revenue justified the strategy by 10×.
